I am still searching these Tibbetts families trying to be sure I get the right one. You mentioned George Tibbetts in Fayette County. Is there any known relation to John Tibbetts? Could there be? It looks like my Hester Ann and Isaac Henderson first went to Brown County, IL. I have found them in the 1860 census there. Then they migrated back in a southeasterly direction to Fayette County. I know that Isaac was dead by 1880, but I doun't know exactly when he died. I have thought that Hester may have some relationship with the Tibbetts in Effingham and moved back in that direction after she was widowed? Lynn
