You and I have corresponded before on the Plummer Expedition site. I have added your data there looking for a match. I find it very interesting that your Tibbetts relatives moved to Fayette County, IL. The Plummer Expedition site was started following the Heustis relatives of my wife. Her GGG-grandfather Jesse Heustis and family moved to Fayette County, IL in 1856, but from NY. The Dearborn County Heustis were his family. Other migrants from Dearborn County to Fayette County in the period were Louis Monroe Platt, George Tibbitts, son of Benjamin V (to neighboring Effingham County, IL actually) and possible Samuel Day, the brother of Ann Day who married Townsend Heustis in IL in 1862.
