Surnames: Sanks and Weiser Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/Sh.2ADI/104.198.2.1.1.1.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Thanks Tonia, I have actually traced both James O. Sanks' family tree and Sarah Madeline Weiser's family tree back to the 1600s. I, however, have not been able to find out about siblings. In my immediate family line, Ellis, I have been able to find about 100 living members. I have not done so well with Sanks and Weiser. Also, a family line that has become a dead end for me is Naiden. Henry Richard Naiden married Carrie Sanks. I know his father, Henry Naiden who was born in England in 1817, but there the trail ends. Should you stumble upon the Naiden's family tree, I would be most grateful. Yours sincerely, Bill Ellis

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Sh.2ADI/2264.1.2.1.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Well, I think Samuel might be a relative, but these are not the people I was looking for, I don't think. My people were actually in Cold Springs, but as I understand it, Cold Springs is only about 8 houses and didn't seem to have a church or cemetary associated just to it. I thought I had seen someplace that one of my family was buried in Sparta, but I'm not where I can look that up right now. My grandmother Mariah married a Mulford and their daughter Hazel ended up in Columbus, Indiana, but I'm not sure where Mariah's people ended up. She's was a Barkley. Thanks for the information, though! I'll cross reference it to what I have collected and see if I can find a connection. Thanks! Ruth
