Lori, I attended a genealogy class at Parkland College several years ago. One of the things discussed was the collection of County Histories written by Charles Blanchard. Blanchard talked with the individuals he wrote Bios for and each one paid a fee for a copy of the book. I think it cost them $5. He wrote Histories for many Illinois as well as Indiana Counties over the years. I am sure his contributors made mistakes. I know I do. Mary
