Thanks to everyone who responded to my posting. I had an overwhelming response! I would like to ask everyone who responded to be patient with me as there were almost 50 responses. I will answer EVERY request, but it may take a day or two! As much of my research is focused in areas far from where I live, I can sympathise with those who are not close enough to have access to the materials.
