I was told by a person at the NARA last week that records take about 3 months; I told her this was June and my records went in late Feb, early Mar. She said, "but it take about four months, and you will get 'em about Julah" So, you see, there's no accounting for how time is measured in the bureaucracy. --Dixie Kline Richardson
