Smith, age 21, born in Ohio, is living alone as Hd of Household in Clay County, Washington Township, Bowling Green. He apparently wasn't living far from the Killions; as it was enumerated, he was Family No. 236, Dwelling 245 and the Killions were Family 225, Dwelling 234. Interestingly, he was the only Smith in that township; obviously, there were lots of Smiths in Clay County. Also, he was a farmer, but had attended school within the year.
