Hello, I don't know who to ask this but, I need an obituary that ran in the Clay City Times on the 20 Mar 1914. His name is Jacob S. Harris. It is archived in "Vol 2, #31". Whatever that means exactly. I don't know. I will gladly pay for a copy of Jacob's obituary and the search. Does anybody do this or have access to old Clay County newspapers? Thank you.
