    3. Hello, I don't know who to ask this but, I need an obituary that ran in the Clay City Times on the 20 Mar 1914. His name is Jacob S. Harris. It is archived in "Vol 2, #31". Whatever that means exactly. I don't know. I will gladly pay for a copy of Jacob's obituary and the search. Does anybody do this or have access to old Clay County newspapers? Thank you.     3. Hello, You might try the Clay County Genealogical Society. Their service is excellent. They have records involving many of the old (and current) county papers.
