    1. [INCLAY] Re: Julia and Abraham Winn
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: WINN Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/xh.2ADE/841.1066.1.1.1 Message Board Post: I believe that Charles Winn listed in the 1860 Clay County Census is the brother of Andrew Winn who I know for a fact is the son of Abraham Winn. I also thought that Julia was Abraham's wife, but could not confirm. Please provide any information that you can regarding Julia and Abraham. I know that Abraham shows up on the 1810 census of Orange County, New York and the 1830 census of Sussex County, New Jersey. I was also directed to a biography of James A. Winn of Clay County, Indiana (myGGGrandfather) which includes information about Abraham and Andrew, but does not mention Abraham's wife. The James Winn biography was found on the Clay County GenWeb site under biographies. I am theorizing that the Julia A. Van Duser listed in the 1850 census of Orange County, New York was Abraham and Julia's daughter and that Julia went to live with them when Abraham passed away sometime after 1830. Charles Winn is also found in the 1850 census of Orange County, Warwick Township, New York page 19 of 113.
