The census records for 1840, 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880, and 1900 are Indexed and in printed form in house. The cemeteries of Clay County have been walked and the tombstones copied. Some Township Cemeteries are already published and the new Cemetery Book for Dick Johnson Township is ready for the Printer. It should be ready by January. I am a member of the Genealogy Society and have been since 1982. I am so proud of this organization which is staffed and operated by ordinary individuals such as you and me!
