The people at the Court House don't have time to do Genealogy searches so they are referred to the library where the Volunteers do that work. The Genealogy Society has an excellent Library and staff who will make the trip to the Court House to get the copies that are requested. Again, they charge $10 to obtain a record for you. The Library is located in downtown Center Point on Main Street and is open Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
