Henry Craig md Margaret Ryan May 29, 1885; Clay County Bk 6, Pg 284 The 1880 Census for Clay County, Harrison Twp, T9-207, Pg 565B, indicates Henry was born in 1860; maybe you had marriage/birth years confused? The census doesn't indicate the head of household, but apparently the parents have died? Because the siblings are all living together and Henry is the oldest: Henry Craig Son Sing 20 IN PA PA Laborer (all born in IN with parents b. in PA) Eam Craig Son 18 Laborer Samuel Martin Craig Son 17 Laborer Annie M Craig Dau 15 Laborer Nathan Craig Son 10 At Home Dollie Craig Dau 4 At Home This is the only Margaret (Maggie) Ryan in Clay County in 1880: Same census as above, but page 569: Martin Ryan 49 VA VA VA Farmer Lucinda Wife 30 IN IN IN Rosettie Dau 16 IN VA IN (rest of children same states) Maggie Dau 12 Minnie Dau 8 Buster Son 2 These parents would be Martin Ryan md Lucinda Allen Oct 25, 1866; Clay Bk 2, 366 Please feel free to email me directly if I can help with anything else.
