I am sorry I was confusing when Laura wasn't there I thought maybe she would be already married and in Kentucky. I know that several of her ten children were born in Laurel County, Ky. My information on this family is very sketchy. I have Alfred's linage but can never find him. I am wondering if he sometimes went by the name Charles and I have seen Hoback spelled Hoeback, Haughbaugh, Habaugh, Haub augh. The first two seem to be the spelling of what I have from entering this country. The other spelling being another family I think. Can you maybe find a James Galaghar Loughmiller married to Mahala Jane Stubblefied? There are two Mahala Jane Stubblefields I know because on in Illinois and Missouri but she is not the right one. She was married to a Monroe Lucky. Both James and Mahala Jane were born in Tennessee. This is the parents of John Loughmiller married to Laura Hoback. The Loughmillers are all over in Indiana too. Large families with the same names. There is another James Galaghar also but he died young and was a cousin. Our James has one brother who lived named John Morrison Loughmiller. I really do appreciate the help and time you are taking. I love the genealogy but sometimes it is frustrating and everyone is dead and nothing was passed on at least in my husbands families. Thanks again. Kaye Could not get your address to go > >
