Fernsel, age 65, 1635 No., 7th Street., died at Union Hospital, April 5. He is survived by the wife, Annis; one daughter, Elizabeth Marie; one brother, Willis of San Marcos, California. Funeral from Thomas Funeral Home, April 8, with Rev. Lawrence Manzer officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park. Roy's death notice which appeared in the Saturday Spectator, Saturday, 17 April 1965, page 22, stated that he died of a pulmonary embolism. Note: He was a son of Martin G. and Elizabeth Fernsel.
