I don't have information about Needham Oliver, but I know David Orman married Delanie Oliver! They went to Wapello County, Iowa to live for a little while, but by 1860 they were back in the Clay/Owen County area. My ancestor was Sarah Oliver, daughter of Isaac Oliver. Sarah was born about 1814 in North Carolina and married Ezra Morrison Lowe in Casey County, Kentucky in 1833. They then moved to Riley Twp., Vigo County where she and Ezra died after 1890.
