Is the a Mortality List for the 1860 census in Indiana? I am looking for the death of a John B Mattox who was most likely the son of Baptist Mattox. John can be found in the 1850 census in the household of Baptist. John marries Maria J Neal in Clay Co in 1855. In the 1860 census, Maria is listed as head of household with a child b c, 1859 so there is a good chance that John died in the year proceeding the census. Bill Strahle
