Thanks Dick but I was trying about 1 or 2 a.m. and wouldn't think it would be overloaded at that time - I get through the registration, etc. but when I type in a name for a query and hit search, that's when it won't let me go any further. I've sent them a note so I hope to hear from them why this is happening. JLB
