Fred, Are you wanting to transcribe the whole census? I opened that page a program I use for editing photos; rotated it, resized it to fit on legal size paper in landscape view, and printed it. Its legible but if you are trying to transcribe a whole census that would be kind of cumbersome. If I were going to keep this page and maybe a few more like it, I would take it some place and have it photo copied at about 125 - 140% and printed on 11x14 paper. Also, someone did have downloadable excel spreadsheets on the Vigo page for transcribing census records. With it, you open the census page in one screen and open the excel spreadsheet in a separate screen, keep both open at one time and transcribe away. Don't know if any of this helps; just throwing thoughts out.
