    3. Hi Norma, I just joined this list when I found my g.g. grandfather living in Posey, Clay county. His name was George Corbin, b. 1833 in Virginia-West Virginia. I don't know how long they had lived there as my only access to the census is the one from 1880 on the Family Search Center site. I would appreciate it very much if you could check them out in your book. CORBIN, George - b, 1833 age 47 VA Elizabeth - b. 1836 age 44 KY Marthy - b. 1861 age 19 IN William - b. 1862 age 18 IN Perry - b. 1866 age 14 IN Katie - b. 1875 age 5 IN There are at least two other children, one older named Rachael who is married to Benjamin Franklin Flowers and living in Illinois by this time. The other one is a brother named Thomas who is amongst the missing at present. Thanks for any help, Maureen

    3. Hi Maureen, I saw your post. Was there a Gladys Corbin born in 1906 and a Merne Corbin born in 1910 in your family tree? These two women were married to two of my distant cousins, Charles & Fletcher Stitzle. Fletcher Stitzle's son, Stoney, has a great deal of the family tree researched and may have info on the Corbin's since Merne was his Mother. Let me know if these women are related to you and if you are interested I can send you Stoney's email address. Sincerely, Jennifer Festa
