Her husband, Roy, whom she married Nov. 17, 1928, in Terre Haute, died Aug. 6, 1987. Survivors include one niece, Lily Blackwell and her husband, Michael Blackwell of Binghamton; and one nephew, Don Snyder and his wife, Pam Snyder of Madison, Wis. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Leroy Snyder. She and her husband moved to Rockville in 1982. She was a member of Rockville United Methodist Church, and participated in many philanthropic activities and contributed to several charities.
