I'm not tracing the Robison line, however, Minnie Carter ties into a branch of my Carter line. I have that Chauncy and Minnie had a child, Josie Robison, who married a Harrell at the out break of World War I. Presuming that Josie was born ca 1896-Jan 1899, I could see where Chauncy could have remarried quickly to have a wife to take care of Josie, an infant or young child. That was not mentioned by William Travis in his potted biography in "History of Clay County", and also it seems surprising that he could have remarried and "lost" his second wife (through death I suppose) in so short a time before he married KK: anyway, I'd be interested to know the dates and circumstances. The other question concerns Cathy Bird's posting about the 1920 Census: I haven't searched it for Robisons, but that would suggest that Robert (Wesley Miller's grandfather) had a twin who died in infancy?
