According to the Biography, William F Ulrich, was the son of William C, b. May 23 1834, d in Germany, d. Aug. 1 1896 and Mary (Wendlandt) Ulrich, b ,May 18 1832 also in Germany. He was born in Jefferson County Missouri May 19 1861. He married Carrie Mersmann April 15, 1900. He had a Sister Bertha, who married Henry Horschman, and a brother Edmund A. who married Bertha Keebrich.
