He was born in Sugar Ridge township and had spent his entire life in the community, a son of Levi and Elizabeth Sinders Fogle. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Eva Rose Moss Fogle, and several nieces and nephews. Their only daughter, Bertha Fernsel (first wife of Monroe Fernsel), died in 1909. The body was brought to Miller & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Ashboro Methodist church with Rev. Payton Loy officiating. Burial will be in the Moss cemetery.
