Waldolene Brashier (notice spelling) was born 19 May 1914 and died in July 1987. Last residence was indeed Brazil, Clay County. Malcolm B Brashier, b. Jan 15, 1914 and died Nov 1976. There is an obit for Malcolm in the Terre Haute Tribune, published Dec 1, 1976; page 2. He was 62 when he died. A copy of the obits for this couple may give you a clue as to the name/whereabouts of the daughter. My guess is you would get more from the mothers if there is one. The Vigo County Library could probably help you with that too. obits@vigo.lib.in.us Give them the name and issue information above and they can copy Malcolm's for you and if you give them Waldolene's name and July 1987, they will be above to tell you if there is an obit for her. The funeral home handling Waldolene's burial may have information on the daughter. Though you may run into privacy issues for something this recent. Another thought, Malcolm had several siblings; maybe one of them is still living in the area. Malcolm is shown in the 1930 Sullivan County census with his parents and siblings, Nelson, Alvan, Margaret, Nina, and Nellie; all younger than Malcolm, though if living, would range from 80-91 years old. Just some thoughts to help you, Sharon who do some leg work for you but I'm in South Dakota
