Hi Folks, I'd just like to throw my 2 cents in about side conversations. Isee a lot (not just on this board) of cases where two or more people start exchanging information, and then continue in email outside the group. One of the benefits of having a medium like this is that messages persist, and someone can search them at a later time and find information they are looking for. But they can't find it if it hasn't been written here! Also, how many times have you been reading someone's exchange and found a relative that might be mentioned but not necessarily as the primary subject of the discussion ("chance" findings...) So my request is if at all possible, don't take your conversation offline. I can always ignore the threads I'm not interested in... but may learn something from them anyway. Thanks, Bart Emanuel Bart Emanuel
