    3. Does anyone know at what point the names of the parents of a bride and groom would have been required information on a marriage certificate in Clay County? Thank-you in advance for your help!

    3. Not sure, but many of the Indiana marriage applications that I have from 1910 on definitely show this. But I think that information is also in older records - sometimes it shows up as supplemental marriage record info from the WPA indexes from 1880-1920. Not sure if it was available for every county. Do you have access to Ancestry.com/Ancestry Plus at your local public library? Indiana marriages 1880-1920 are on it with varying amounts of info. Much depends on the date you are interested in. ----- Original Message ----- From: "inthepastlane" <inthepastlane@bellsouth.net> To: <INCLAY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, January 11, 2005 4:31 PM Subject: [INCLAY] Marriage Certificates in Clay Co., IN > Does anyone know at what point the names of the parents of a bride and groom would have been required information on a marriage certificate in Clay County? > > Thank-you in advance for your help! > > > ==== INCLAY Mailing List ==== > > > > > > -- > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. > Version: 7.0.300 / Virus Database: 265.6.10 - Release Date: 1/10/2005 > -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
