Dovie (Dora, Dovey) Sturdivant, who married Peter Cagle, was the daughter of my 2nd Greatgrandfather, John L. Sturdivant (1793-1866). His daughter, Rebecca Sturdivant Payne married 2nd, John Long. Another daughter, Nancy Ellen Sturdviant, married Corydon Lucas.
