    2. Mary & Ron Leonard
    3. Lori, I have an obit from a member of my husbands family. Her name is Margaret Creason. She was married to Alfred Daily Creason and they lived in Kokomo on RR 1 . Her obit appeared in the Kokomo Tribune according to the piece I have Dec. 26, 1961. If you would like I will scan this copy for you and send to your personal email. Its hard to read because it has been copied (poorly) many times. Maggie Creason was sister to Incuiss ( family apparently called her Sissy) Young who married Phenis Rayl. I have a paper that my husbands grandmother wrote before she died. Its kind of garbled but we have been able to make out a few things. Maggie and Incuiss were daughters of Simon Peter Young and Mary Ann Altum. My father in-law told me they always called Maggie's husband Big Daddy Creason. He was apparently Native American. Does any of this sound familiar to you. I have found that Simon Peter Young and Mary Ann Altum are buried at Young Cemetary in Howard County. I sure hope we make a connection. I have been looking for a long time for anyone that would be connected to the Young, Rayl, Altum, Creason families in and around Kokomo. Looking forward to hearing from you. 2. possibly George and Nancy went to Missouri where HE is buried and Nancy died on the way to Missouri.. John and Catherine their son and daughter in law returned to CLay co --- they had a son George who married Elizabeth Van Cleave who was related to Sarah Kearns and now a new can of worms just popped up as my sister wants informaiton On William MERCER Kearns.. Mercer being the middle name. ..the only Debra I find is daughter of Warren Ed Rector and she wasn't born until more recent years.. The Charles Rector family is related to the Woody Wey family and Woody just recently died in the year 2000. I believe if not then the end of 1999.. his two children still live in this area.. 3. Posted on: Clay County, In Query Forum Board URL: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/In/Clay?read=953 Surname: Creason ------------------------- I'm just starting my search for Albert Daily Creason from Kokomo, IN 1870-1960, married Minnie Mae Norton (2 children William Caleb and Lilly Mae) she died and he married Lenora ? and had 5 more (Nellie, Jessie Belle, Benjamin Franklin, Rebecca, Tommy). Albert Daily was the son of Albin (not sure on the spelling) Daily Creason 1850-1913 who married Elijah Hughes (children were Burton, Rosetta, Luther, Charles). That's as far as I can go back. I think Albert Daily must have been a brother to Albin Daily. My father (son of William Caleb) has a picture of 3 brothers and on the back is says the 3 Daily's. I know Albert Daily went by Daily (not Albert) but I don't know who the other 2 Daily's would be (possilby Alfred???) I can't find where Alfred would be a brother to Albert... however he may be a brother to Albin. Can you shed any light on this for me. Thanks for your help.

    2. John Preston & Catherine Price Rector came with John's parents George and Nancy Atkinson Rector to Indiana from Montgomery Co Va. in 1798to Vigo Co Indiana and then George took his family to Buchanran co Mo. where his wife is buried in King Hill Cemetery . George apparently later married Elizabeth Van Cleve but this information is not proof..
