Ruth Sturgeon, born December 02, 1847 in on a farm, Lake Cicott, Cass Co., IN; died February 03, 1933 in At home of her son, Perry, in Monticello, IN. She was the daughter of Taylor Sturgeon and Eunice. She married Elija P. Hinshaw October 09, 1864 in Howard Co., IN. He was born April 12, 1837 in Randolph Co., IN, and died December 23, 1920 in Star City, Van Buren Twp, Pulaski, IN. He was the son of Elijah Hinshaw and Rachel Thornburg. Does anyone out there recognize this family? Need more informatio regarding Ruth parents, as well as the parents of Elija. I do not know where Taylor and Eunice were born or when.
