I don't know anything specific about the individual you are looking for, but St. Vincent Cemetery is now part of Mt. Hope cemetery. I have many ancestors buried in St. Vincent also. It is the oldest part of the cemetery, and it's beautiful! If you call them, they are extremely helpful in finding the person you are looking for.
