Hi, Could anyone tell me what is the Dean Arthington Papers of Cass Co. Charlotte

Charlotte The Arthington Papers were written by Rev. Thomas D.Arthington The papers are a collection of items of interest taken from local events, fairs, socials, births, deaths, marriages, also items taken from tax records, local elections and information concerning families in the Logansport and Cass county. The items cover the period 1840 to about 1890 or close to that time frame. Lots of good, worth reading for genealogical research.
