    3. HELLO ED; I don't have the answer to your question but I am a COTNER researcher and I have 2 STURGEON ladies listed and would sure like to find their parentage. They are; Susan m. Andrew COTNER DEC. 22,1867 and born on mar 8,1846. Sara m. Daniel COTNER APR. 19,1895 and born on oct. 29,1833. I have visited a couple of private and very unkept cemeteries in Cass Co. (I am of Cass Co) and have a couple of pictures of STURGEON stones. If interested let me know. My scanner is down for now but am going to get it fixed soon so could send pictures. 3. Dan, one thing leads to another. I am a Kinsey and Damm researcher, have Dorothy Jean Cotner b about 1925 married to Bookwalter in my file. Also have several Sturgeons, James E married to Cora Starr b. about 1880. They had three children: Lawrence (m to Wilma Hawkins), Leah, and Lee (m. Helen Moore). Lawrence and Wilma have a daughter Betty Marie. Don't have dates or locations but think Jay County. Don't know if any of this ties or not.
