I would like to know the same for Cass Co, IN. I have a need to find an obituary in a Logansport paper around Sept 15, 1889. I've emailed the papers there about researching their online archives and have yet to receive an answer. did you try emailing the Tipton library? I rec'd a fairly quick response and the gentleman was willing to look up a cemetery listing in their books.
