I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have an ancestor that died in jail fire, sometime after 1913. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and while he was in jail it caught on fire and he died in the blaze. I know this from talking with distant relatives. I would love to get the newspaper article for this. The problem is, I don't know the exact date. Any ideas? His name was John “Hans” Norzinskay .
