I am researching the Orr family also, my great grandmother was Mary Ann Orr. Her father was William Orr and mother Catharine Guinn. They were from the Buffalo Ny area via Quebec. Mary Ann married Jeremiah Joslin. They had 5 sons, one was my grandfather Charles who married Margaret Jane Powell. Does this sound like your Orr family? I have a little more information if so. Carol
