I have found this several times in the Brown Co census for 1850 ( and other years too for that matter) There is a listing for a surname Anders on page 208 however that shows a daughter the right age. She is listed as Eliza age 2. Parents are Levi age 46, a farmer and Hellen and 27. Siblings are Margaret J age 9, Lachar (sp)(female) age 6, and Julia Ann age 4.
