Mine came in 1902 through NY from Germany and resided in Glenns Valley just south of Indianapolis. They had some cousins that lived in Brown County, I think that he was a dentist by the name of Deperman/Depperman or something like that. I have a Carl (aka August) Froehlich (b 1858 d 1936) who married Amelia Schultz (b 1860 d 1949). They had eight children, of which 7 were born in germany and the youngest in Indiana.
