Hello Erica, While I have no Clarks in my line, I have John Bowman Williams, born OH abt 1823, married to Susannah Robertson, b abt 1829, TN. They were married in Brown County, IN 4 January 1844 and lived in Monroe Co. most or all of their married life. I don't know for sure where John lived before he married Susannah as I haven't really had the chance to go through land records, yet. Do you know anything about brothers or sisters of Phebe Ann? Or do you have any information on her parents? I am trying to find out where in OH John Bowman Williams came from and anything about brothers, sisters and parents. Thanks and good luck!
