The WILLIAMSON family lived in Van Buren Township, Brown County, Indiana. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Jh.2ADI/822.824.3.1 Message Board Post: We're getting the two confused. First: Brothers Edward and Samuel both had sons named Samuel. Samuel, son of Samuel, was born 1843 in Bartholomew County, Indiana. Census records for 1850 and 1860 support this. He married Euphra Sutherland. These are NOT the parents of Vernal. Samuel, son of Edward, was born 1830 in Brown County, Indiana. Census records for 1850 and 1860 support this. He married Jemimah Hatton. Their son Samuel Jr. is the father to Vernal. If I have an error, please indicate where. Thanks
