Surnames: Lawson, Aynes Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Jh.2ADI/1390 Message Board Post: I would like to encourage all Lawson males to join the other Lawson's in having their DNA tested. Ladies, we have to rely on brothers, fathers, uncles or cousins to test for us. One of Gabriel Lawson's gr grandson's has tested for Amos line. We have 12 exact matches of 25 markers. We really need someone from William and Sabra's line to test, but it would be nice if others also test. I think William Lawson was an older son of Amos and Rebecca Aynes Lawson. If you contact me at Mary2gard@aol.com I will send you an invitation to the test site. As a group, we get a lower price, $99 for 12 markers, and $169 for 25. The test is 2 swabs of the inside of the mouth. Over 36 Lawson males have tested at FamilyTreeDNA.com. Mary
