I am looking for evidence of the death of Julian/ Julia Ann/ Julianne Smith, wife of Menoah Smith between 1840 and 1850. Her maiden name was Shirley, parents not yet identified. Menoah (Noah) and Julianne married 1835 in Hendricks Co. and were living in Boone for 1840 census. By 1850 Julianne is missing and Noah is living with a Benjamin T Smith back in Hendricks Co. Other researchers have suggested that Noah had 3 children from a prior marriage: Benjamin T. b 1820; Archibald b. 1821; and ? John ? b 1813. Perhaps descendents from these children know something about Julianne? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you. Charlotte Redden
