In Boone county, at the Health Dept., you can get an uncertified death certificate for $2.00. I got one on a family member of mine. Jennifer Lewis
Do death records go back as far as 1905? If so who do I write to request the certificate. Will the county health office do a record search? Carol Caldwell JENJERKEV@aol.com wrote: >In Boone county, at the Health Dept., you can get an uncertified death >certificate for $2.00. The index will give the volume and page number that you can give the county health office. There's information on the library at http://www.bccn.boone.in.us/LPL/Welcome.htm
