I saw your post here and even though it is over three years old, I am hoping you will see this. If your grandfather was Harley Leroy Evans then he was married to my father's second cousin, Ethel Mae (Nugent) Evans. I have the same birthdate and place for him that you do, except for one day's difference. I have November 6, 1898 and you have November 5, 1898. I beleive it is the same person. I have information on his wife's Nugent line if you are interested. I think this would make us some type of cousins probably so many times removed as well.
