Possibly to Jesse Ralph Mobley. However, Jesse Ralph b) 1818 did not marry Ellen McFails until 9/1837 so John has to be a previous marriage. 1850 Jesse, Elnora, John L, James, Elijah B, Thomas G, 1860 fm #661 John L, Harriet, Mary E and Jesse R 1860 fm # 728 Jesse, Ellen, James, Elijah B, Thomas G, Ruth Ann, Philip, Daniel, Andrew J, and a Celia Ann, (age 23) 1870 fm #115 Jesse R, Ellen, Philip, Daniel, Andrew, Jacob, Mahala 1870 fm # 118 John Henry Mobley, Mary, Lyman, Rasina, Randolph, Theodore, Maggie A, Ella, Lorn, Lyman Racoling AND Mobley, Harriet, Mary E, Jesse. In 1870 Harriet, age 34, Mary E age 13 and Jesse age 11 all shown as domestic servants for John Henry. John L is not listed in Barth Co Indiana after 1860. Does anyone have information on what happened to him? A death record, or something? I think he may be my John Mobley, born 1837 who also married Eliza Horn in 1866 in Missouri. I need to either connect him or eliminate him, but so farm he seems to be the best possibility. My John Mobley committed suicide in Baxter Co Arkansas in 1903. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
