Alice Archer's will submitted to probate 18 Dec 1944. Carl Frost appointed executor. Her part of the estate was 1/2 interest in the above 40 A. value $375. On 10 Oct 1945 executor asked that the entire tract of land be sold. All other heirs and parties to the estate were apprised and approved of the sale. Land purchased by W. C.
