I think we definately have a connection. I wonder if your Elizabeth was named after John Rays sister. I found John Ray and his parents and some siblings in a Louisville KY censes book. I few of the siblings names that I remeber are William, Permelia and Elizabeth Ray. I take it your grandmother is Edith Mgenheimer. Who knows maybe we ARE cousins. PLease keep in touch.
