I am an African American from Natchitoches Louisiana. My family are the only people in the entire town with this last name. My father is Charles Alex Oliphant and his father was L.D. Oliphant. He had a sister named Ethel Oliphant.I have a sister, Marquita Oliphant (20) and a brother Ronald Oliphant(31). My siblings and I all live in Dallas.
