From The Republic, Friday, June 20th- Scott E. McKinney was 51 years old and was the son of Roger and Freeda Ledgerwood McKinney. He was born in Seymour Aug. 14, 1951 He married Phyllis Johnson May 22, 1976. Survivors include his wife, a brother Gordon and sister Shirley Moore. Burial is in South Martin Cemetery in Martin Co.
