I would like to know if it is still there and called something else now. My 4Th Great grandfather, Elijah Pope was an elder at this church for one year. He is listed on the 1840 census as being between between 70-80. He was married to a Mary Davis. I believe she died and he later married a Prudence Sugs, source pre -1850 Ind. marriages. Also would like to know if there is a cemetery named Flat Rock Cemetery. I would like to find out where he is buried. Also, his wife Mary Davis Pope. In advance, Thank you. Linda Redman Evans
