I believe my ancestor, Rev. William Moore, may have been connected with this church, maybe the minister? Are there any records that might indicate this to be so? Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: <pope1901@sbcglobal.net> To: <INBARTHO-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, February 04, 2006 10:06 AM Subject: [InBartho] Flat Rock Baptist Church Bartholomw Co. Dear Ramona, This stuff that I found on my 4Th Great grandfather is archived at the library at Franklin College in Franklin Ind. The lady that maintains the archives name is Ruth and her # is 317-738-8162. She sent me some minutes of the church records. It was a gold mine, not only did it mention my Grandfather, it mention his dau Sally and her husband Mignon Boaz. Another gentleman wrote me about doing stone restoration there in Flat Rock Cemetery and told me that Sally and Mignon are buried there. Ruth is a real nice women to talk to. She is only there on certain days so call and find out. Maybe you will get lucky too. Never in my wildest dreams did I realize this is all but 30 minutes away from me. Thanks to everyone that has e-mailed. I am sure glad I found this site. Linda Redman Evans
